Is Guesty Card a debit or credit card?
Card is a pay in full charge card. Any outstanding statement balance will be automatically debited on each monthly payment due date from your designated bank account or Spender Balance.
What will my Guesty Card credit limit be?
Guesty Card provides a credit limit based on your business financials*. Unlike generic cards, it uses your current financial data within Guesty to determine your credit line, ensuring the solution understands your business’s specific cash flow patterns. * CapitalOS is a financial technology and lending company and not a bank. Can I issue physical and virtual cards?
Yes. You can issue physical cards for on-the-ground team members and virtual cards for mobile wallets, instant online purchases, software subscriptions, or vendor payments. Virtual cards can also be added to digital wallets like Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
How does the approval process work?
The approval process is streamlined and fast, often taking only minutes. Guesty does not perform a credit check on you or your business and will not impact your credit score in any way. Guesty Card is designed to be accessible to hospitality pros. The primary driver for your credit line is your actual business performance, making it easier to secure funding when you need it.
How can I control what my team spends?
You can set granular, customizable spend limits per card, per category, or even per merchant. For extra oversight, you can enable text-based approvals, where managers receive an SMS to approve or decline a transaction on the go.
How do I track receipts and memos?
Guesty Card simplifies accountability by allowing team members to collect and upload receipts and add memos directly for every transaction. These are then centralized in your dashboard for easy reconciliation.
Can I freeze a card?
Yes. You have the power to instantly freeze or unfreeze any card directly from your dashboard if you suspect fraudulent activity or if a team member misplaces their card.
What do I do if I lose a card?
You can freeze your card while you’re looking for it, and in case you end up not finding it, you can cancel the card.
