After running her own vacation rental business in the Seattle destination resort town of Leavenworth, Washington, Jill Mason, a software engineer and serial entrepreneur, saw the need for an automated solution to manage her staff.
In 2017 Operto Teamsr was born with the mission to make operations more efficient. Tasks in Operto Teams can be auto-scheduled and assigned, as well as quickly adjusted on the drag and drop scheduling calendar. In the field, staff dashboards work both offline and on and enable office staff full visibility into field operations.
Property statuses are synced back into Guesty so staff can communicate with guests without logging into multiple systems.
