At Guesty, we’re on a mission to build cutting-edge SaaS solutions that empower hospitality professionals worldwide. As our US Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our New York HQ, making sure our fast-growing team thrives in a well-oiled, supportive, and energizing work environment.
This dynamic role offers a unique blend of office management, operations, IT support, and employee experience. You’ll be the go-to person for creating a smooth and seamless day-to-day office experience while serving as the “boots on the ground” to support our global IT team.

Responsibilities
Office & Operations Excellence:
- Oversee daily office operations: supplies, deliveries, vendor coordination, maintenance, and more.
- Manage our NYC company storage unit, ensuring smooth shipping/collection of IT equipment, SWAG, and other merchandise.
- Plan and implement annual office & IT operational plans in collaboration with global teams.
- Be the face of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every new hire has a flawless experience and returning equipment is handled seamlessly.
- Provide administrative support to local executives, assisting with meeting logistics, office needs, and ad-hoc requests.
IT First Response & Support:
- Act as the first line of IT support for our US team: basic hardware troubleshooting, software installation, password resets, and collaborating with our remote IT experts.
- Manage IT equipment purchases and maintain inventory.
Employee Experience:
- Partner with HR on initiatives to create a positive and engaging employee experience.
- Coordinate team meals, swag deliveries, and assist with travel arrangements for our US employees when needed.
- Own benefit platforms to ensure smooth operations for employee perks and meals.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Source and manage relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
- Track invoices and purchase orders to ensure budget compliance and timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Full-time, on-site availability at our NYC office is required.
- 2+ years in office administration, operations, or a similar role—bonus points for experience in a high-growth tech company.
- Native English proficiency
- A natural love for organization, problem-solving, and multitasking.
- Tech-savviness: basic IT troubleshooting (software installation, hardware setup, etc.), with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- A service-oriented mindset with a smile—you’re the ultimate people person!
- A “roll up your sleeves” attitude—you don’t mind jumping into the details to get things done.

Compensation: 85-100k OTE
