We’re seeking a Director of Inbound Growth to lead and scale our inbound customer acquisition engine. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll own our Paid Acquisition and SEO strategies, leading a cross-functional team and agency partners to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and pipeline growth. You’ll balance high-level strategy with in-the-weeds execution to deliver measurable results and help us achieve our next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the inbound growth strategy across Paid Acquisition and SEO channels, aligned to revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Develop and scale multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns, including search, social, display, and emerging platforms. Optimize Opportunities, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
  • Drive SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. Lead content strategies that enhance organic visibility, authority, and traffic growth.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand and Content teams to align messaging, landing pages, and content with customer pain points and personas.
  • Test and experiment across channels to identify and scale new inbound growth levers.
  • Own the analytics and reporting framework—track performance, report on KPIs, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, including in-house talent and external agency partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps and BI/ Analytics team to ensure seamless lead handoff, pipeline quality, and closed-loop reporting.
  • Manage and allocate multi-million dollar budgets efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep us competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in inbound marketing, with a proven track record of scaling Paid Acquisition and SEO programs in high-growth B2B SaaS (or DTC Subscription companies).
  • Deep expertise in SEM (Google Ads, Bing), Paid Social (Primary: Meta/ Instagram and YouTube, Connected TV Secondary: LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter), Display/Programmatic, and other paid channels.
  • Global campaign management experience across North America including CA and MX. English speaking markets (UK,ANZ) and key European markets.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and execution, including content strategy, keyword research, technical SEO, and backlink building.
  • Analytical mindset with a mastery of performance metrics, attribution models, and platforms like Google Analytics/ Mixpanel, HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools.
  • Experience managing large budgets and driving efficiency across channels (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Collaborative leader with a history of building and managing high-performing teams and agency partners.
  • Data-driven, hands-on, and scrappy when needed—you’re as comfortable in strategy meetings as you are building campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and advocate for strategies at the executive level.
  • Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for campaign optimization, content creation, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of website development processes and work flows 
  • Knowledge of tools such as Funnel.io/ Supermtreics to manage paid reporting. Working knowledge of data engineering, Google Big Query and web analytics (Google Analytics/ Mixpanel) to drive requirements for looker dashboard building. 
  • Background in scaling companies from $50M to $200M ARR (or similar growth trajectory).
