We are seeking a Senior KAM to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Rental’s United Key accounts in the EU market, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional value for clients and Rentals United.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product, and marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategic initiatives.
  • Track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to communicate results and opportunities.
  • Represent Rentals United at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the vacation rental, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the EU vacation rental market and channel management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
