Our new Homeowner’s Portal feature has been developed to strengthen business relationships between homeowners and property managers, while easing the operations and manual paperwork for property managers. Being a property manager who manages multiple properties from various owners can have its challenges. Homeowners expect to receive updates from their property management company to know their investment is in good hands and performing well. Providing feedback and keeping the relationship strong is usually easier said than done.
With this new Homeowner’s Portal, property managers can provide secure access to their homeowners’ by sharing valuable information with them. The Homeowner’s Portal visualizes and organizes the business results a such as booking calendar, number of booked nights, and the homeowner’s revenue.
Property managers can provide homeowners with visualization of their stats by using analytics reports structured within the homeowner’s portal, showing the yearly and monthly revenue by property, as well as trends throughout the year. And even better, property managers can customize the homeowner’s portal with complete white labeling to strengthen their brand.
Homeowners will no longer need access to the Guesty dashboard, as only the data they need will be visible to them in the homeowner’s portal. The Homeowner’s Portal is disabled by default in order to allow property managers to choose what information is shared with their homeowners. Managers can choose to enable the portal and share their data with the homeowner.
