Once integrated with Guesty, the system will pull up all of the property manager’s listings and generate a new and unique keypad code for each and every guest, ensuring access for only the duration of his or her stay.

Turns out Slickspaces can also save you money! Their system’s smart lock detects when a premise is empty and automatically initiates energy conserving measures, adjusting the thermostat and turning off any lights that we left on.
The technology also features an automated intercom that notifies property managers when both guests and cleaning personnel arrive and depart.
