Due to the pandemic, there are new traveler personas booking short-term rentals, from remote workers to domestic travelers, and they aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. That’s why Guesty and SiteMinder teamed up to host a virtual event where we discussed the different behaviors and expectations these new types of travelers have, and how hoteliers can better cater to these needs through the help of their PMS and channel manager technology.
