Following this, we heard from our panel of experts. Melanie Brown, Director of Data and Analytics at Key Data, covered the last year in terms of shifts in global events and how they impacted pricing, as well as how to use this data to create a map to pricing success for 2023. She also honed in on key metrics like occupancy, booking volume, ADR, and more.
Following this, we heard from Kathryn Cervantes, Connectivity Partner and Business Manager at Booking.com who discussed emerging consumer behaviors, particularly how they may change with the recession.
